The AOF Series is a large-aperture COB spot lens module developed for high color rendering and premium-quality focused lighting applications. It is designed for architectural accent lighting, commercial highlighting, and professional exhibition luminaires where color fidelity and beam quality are critical. Manufactured from optical-grade PMMA 8N, the lens delivers over 90% light transmission across the 400–900 nm wavelength range while maintaining stable thermal performance and long-term optical reliability, making it well suited for high-CRI LED systems.
The optical structure combines a large refractive surface with an integrated honeycomb mixing texture to effectively blend the COB emitting area. This design improves beam uniformity, suppresses hotspots and stray light, and produces a clean, natural spot with strong central intensity and smooth transitions. The AOF Series is available in 24° and 38° beam angles to accommodate different mounting heights and lighting layers, balancing focus precision with visual comfort. Multiple structural versions are offered to suit various luminaire designs, and compatibility with major COB platforms—including Bridgelux, CITIZEN, CREE, NICHIA, HONOURTEK, SHARP, and TOYONIA—allows easy modular integration using dedicated holders and connectors.
