The reason we define our beam angle as full angle instead of half angle is to prevent the different understanding
between the demand and final result. For example, from this figure, it's 30 degree (half angle), but
the beam effect of the curve A, B, and C is different.
For curve A, the full angle is 80 degree
For curve B, the full angle is 60 degree
For curve C, the full angle is 50 degree.
The smaller the slope of the curve is, the better the beam uniformity will be |

| The process of having customized lens: It takes around 45 days. |
- Please prepare the following information before sending your request.
- The type of LED you intend to use or you’re using. (Must)
- The require beam angle in full view (Must)
- 2D drawing of the lens to indicate the dimensions of customised lens. (Optional)
- Other specific requirements (Optional)

- It takes two weeks to finish the simulation process for your customised lens after we have necessary information.

- After getting your confirmation of the simulation result, we will start the mould tooling process. Normally the mould
tooling process can be done within 30 days to get the T1 sample. It takes another 3 to 5 working days to do the
mould modification if the T1 sample doesn’t meet your requirement.

- To deliver the TX sample for your approval.

- We'll start to copy the approval cavity from one to two or four, depending on the size of the lens, and then this mould is ready for mass production
